Hines helped the Vikings to a stellar first season in Class 6A as Bryan made the playoffs as the fourth seed in District 14-6A before falling in the bi-district round. Hines was the mind behind a strong Bryan offense that scored 63 points per game, led by seniors Jaqwan Washington (17 ppg) and Johnathon Wells (14 ppg). Bryan finished 22-11 overall and 10-6 in 14-6A.
